The Urban Whip is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry wherever you go. For air travel, we recommend placing it in your checked luggage. For domestic trips, it can be carried discreetly in your purse, bag, or attached to your belt- see our training video for more details.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your Urban Whip arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. For returns, items must be in as-new condition and a shipping fee will apply. For safety and hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned.
Shipping Information
We ship five days a week via USPS, with delivery in the U.S. typically taking 3–5 business days. We also offer international shipping — rates and delivery times vary by destination.
